Gary began his 32 years of painting experience as a union painter in 1978. He worked for a large union painting company as a superintendent from 1985 to 1995. In 1995 Gary formed Flannery Painting Inc. as a commercial and industrial union painting company. In his off time Gary enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, gardening and travel when his schedule allows.

Linda has been with Flannery Painting since 1996. Linda has handled all phases of the business short of grabbing a paint brush. Her main responsibilities are customer service, accounts receivable, taxes and oversee the accounts payable and payroll functions.

Randy’s experience has evolved from 4 generations of his family being in the painting business. His own career began in 1988 as a painter and also involved a time with a major paint supplier. He joined Flannery Painting in 2003 as an estimator and assumed the role of chief estimator in 2006.

Brian has been with Flannery Painting since 2007. He has 10 years experience in the painting arena as both a painter and estimator. He has been an estimator for Flannery Painting since 2008.

Doug has been in the painting business for 35 years. He has been involved in large commercial and industrial projects as well as specializing in tenant finishes. Doug joined Flannery Painting as a superintendent in 1996. He is the expert in high end wall coverings and stain matching.
Rich Martin

Rich ‘s experience began in 1985 in the residential market of painting. In 1989 he entered the commercial market for a large union painting company. Rich came to Flannery Painting as a superintendent in 1997. He is trained in faux, wood graining, marbleizing and Trompe Olei painting styles.

Tony entered the painting business in 1981 in the commercial and industrial areas. He joined Flannery Painting in 1997 as a superintendent. Tony has overseen many large industrial painting projects in the area including power plants and large complexes.

Mike began with Flannery Painting in 2003 after retiring from management in the utility business world. His main responsibilities are bid preparation, contract review, safety, training, OSHA compliance issues and lead related issues.

Jay is an estimator with Flannery Painting. He brings 26 years experience to the estimating team to handle all customer's needs. This includes 10 years experience in the field doing numerous painting projects. It is this combination of experience that enables Jay to handle all customer requirements accurately and completely.
Sheri Weingartner

Sheri began her accounting career with a small contractor in Cincinnati that grew to 7 corporations over a 20-year period. She became the Controller of all 7 corporations in 2004. Sheri recently joined Flannery Painting as the Accounting Manager (overseeing all phases of the bookkeeping portion of the firm). Sheri is a fully-licensed insurance agent. She is also the lighting director and make-up artist (and owner of mark. your look by Sheri) for Imprints Photography in Lebanon, Ohio.

Andrea, Gary’s daughter, has been at the company since 1998. She is in charge of payroll and human resources. She is also a professional makeup artist and a licensed esthetician and owns Andrea Lauren Esthetics.
