Mr. Flannery and Company Employees,

I have been with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati as Director of Real Estate for approximately 33 years.  Out of the 33 years, the Archdiocese of Cincinnati has done business with Flannery Painting for at least 24 of those years.

Flannery Painting has provided the Archdiocese of Cincinnati with quality work and reasonable rates for their painting.  Flannery Painting has provided quality craftsman to do the work.  These quality craftsman do a multitude of tasks from restoration work on paintings in some of our churches to painting of the interiors and exteriors of our churches, schools and the office building at 100 East Eighth.

Through these years that I have been working with Flannery Painting, I have never entertained the thought of making any changes whatsoever with Flannery Painting.

As far as I can possibly see, I have no intentions of making changes as long as Flannery Painting maintains the quality of work, the consistency of this quality, the respectable prices for the work, and last but not least providing the Archdiocese of Cincinnati with very talented and professional workers.
